Charlotte Hawkins and Piers Morgan locked horns on Good Morning Britain today
Piers and Susanna Reid challenged each other to speak Latin, before he asked Charlotte if she knew any words in the ancient language.
He said: "Do you know any Latin or Greek?
She replied: "I did do some Latin but ironically I don't find much use for it in my day to day life."
But Piers shot back: "And yet you host a Classic FM show. What do you need to do that, out of interest?
"Because as far as I know, you aren't a music expert, you know nothing about the classics. Other than a nice pair of pins, what are you doing there?"

Charlotte was stunned into silence, after saying she didn't need Latin to present the show.
She gasped as she replied: "Thank you very much. Did you get out of bed the wrong side this morning?"
Susanna looked horrified by his comments, but didn't wade in and sipped her tea instead.
Back in November, Piers called Charlotte a "dog" when she returned from her holidays.
Though he gave her a warm welcome back, he swiftly turned on the pretty presenter.

He said: "Journalist, broadcaster, wonderful CV, career."
